The application deadlines for the New York State Writers Institute's fall community writers workshops have been extended to September 9, 2011 for mail-ins, and September 14, 2001 for walk-ins.
A Poetry Workshop will be offered by Writers Institute Fellow Rebecca Wolff, and a Short Fiction and Creative Nonfiction Writing Workshop will be offered by Writer-in-Residence Jo Page.
