Writing in the TU, Paul Grondahl interviews William Kennedy about his inspirations for his new novel, Chango's Beads and Two-Tone Shoes. Featured subjects include Kennedy's admiration of Hemingway, his father's dementia and his three meetings with Fidel Castro.
